The official institutional directory is the authoritative public record of membership and accreditation status. Statements made by third parties about ACCPHE status should be verified against the directory.
Representation of status
Institutions must represent their ACCPHE status accurately. Membership must not be described as accreditation, and accreditation must not be described as equivalent to governmental authorization or to recognition by another body unless such equivalence has been independently established.
Use of the Council's name
The Council's name and marks may be used only as permitted by a formal decision and in accordance with Council policy.
Accuracy of information
The Council takes care to keep this website accurate and current. Published standards described as proposed remain subject to formal adoption.
